Initial RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Session (45 Minutes)

Designed for new RAPID clients, this appointment includes a detailed discussion of your concerns, assessment, treatment, and individualized recommendations to help guide your care moving forward.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is a movement-based treatment approach that works with the nervous system to address persistent pain, limited mobility, tension patterns, and compensation strategies that may be contributing to your symptoms. Treatment is highly specific and tailored to your individual presentation.

You will remain fully clothed throughout the session and may be guided through active movements as we work together to identify and address areas of restriction.

This extended first visit allows time to explore your history, understand the factors contributing to your symptoms, provide treatment, and discuss any additional recommendations that may support your goals and recovery.

Direct billing is available for most insurance providers and plans.

RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Follow-Up Session

Designed for existing RAPID clients, follow-up sessions allow us to build upon previous treatment, address ongoing concerns, and continue working toward your mobility and pain management goals.

Treatment is tailored to your individual presentation and may include active movement as we work together to address areas of restriction, compensation patterns, mobility concerns, and persistent pain.

You will remain fully clothed throughout the session.

30-minute sessions are ideal for focused treatment of a single area or concern. Extended 45-minute sessions are beneficial for multiple areas of concern, more complex presentations, or when additional treatment time is desired.

New to RAPID?
Please book the Initial RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Session (45 minutes). Clients who have not previously received RAPID treatment with Jasmine may be contacted and rescheduled into the appropriate appointment type to allow sufficient time for assessment, treatment, and individualized recommendations.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, nervous system-focused treatment that uses subtle hands-on techniques to support relaxation, regulation, and the body's natural healing processes.

This approach works with the body as a whole, helping to identify and address patterns of tension, restriction, and compensation that may contribute to pain, stress, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling "stuck." Sessions are approached with intention, safety, and individualized care, creating space for the body to settle, unwind, and restore balance at its own pace.
