Jasmine's INITIAL RAPID NFR SESSION is designed for newcomers and those curious about this fast-acting approach to pain relief and mobility. This introductory session includes time for conversation, Q&A and personalized treatment plan to help you understand how RAPID can support your goals.

You'll remain fully clothed and actively move during treatment as we target the root discomfort to calm the nervous system and restore range of motion.

Most clients experience results in 1–3 sessions.

~ 30 mins: Targeted, fast-acting treatment to reduce pain, increase mobility, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for acute issues, chronic pain, or limited range of motion.

~ 45 mins: Great for complex or multiple areas of concern. This longer session allows for deeper, focused work to support long-lasting relief.

RAPID Neurofascial Reset - Follow-Up

This is a non-invasive treatment where you stay fully clothed and comfortable. Using external techniques around the bony attachments of the pelvis and tailbone, we work to gently restore movement, release tension, and retrain the nervous system. ✨

By creating space and flexibility in these muscles, your body gains the ability to both contract and relax—restoring balance and control.
