Hi, I'm Jasmine!

If there's one thing you'll learn about me, it's that I'm incredibly curious about the human body. I genuinely love figuring out why something hurts - not just where it hurts. Every body tells a story, and I love helping people understand what theirs is saying.

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist, and I'm trained in Craniosacral Therapy. Over the years, my treatments have naturally evolved beyond "just massage." Depending on what your body needs, I may incorporate therapeutic massage, RAPID, craniosacral techniques, movement assessment, breath awareness, or other hands-on approaches to create a treatment that's completely individualized to you.

I'm probably going to ask you a lot of questions. I'll likely have you move, breathe, or show me what brings on your symptoms. Sometimes we'll spend a few extra minutes connecting dots that don't seem related at first - because more often than not, they are.

I don't believe every ache needs to be worked harder or deeper. Sometimes the answer is releasing tissue. Sometimes it's calming the nervous system. Sometimes it's simply helping your body remember that it's safe to move again.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, navigating stress, or just looking to feel more like yourself again, my goal is always the same: to meet you where you're at, help you understand what's going on, and work with your body and not against it.
